The online platform Expert Connect, accessible on www.capgemini.com, brings together more than 80 Capgemini experts to share their experience and knowledge. The Expert Connect platform enables direct communication between Capgemini and its clients and prospects. This could be via blogs, forums and social networks including Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. Some 20,000 conversations were generated in 2011: a mix of shared experiences, client success stories and exchanges with future recruits. In this video, 2 experts—one in client relationships and the other in Business Process Management—describe the benefits of this innovative, professional exchange platform.
